Site networking

We connect your company’s locations – worldwide and securely. In this way, we create the basis for successful co-working across location boundaries. Our VPN solution offers you a flexible option for networked work, both for fixed connections and for dial-in on the move (remote access).

We use the secure OpenVPN standard for encryption of communication, but also provide IPSEC connections if required. End-to-end encryption ensures that third parties cannot gain unnoticed access to sensitive data. Our maintenance agreement guarantees that security vulnerabilities are quickly identified and professionally fixed.

Both merger and carve-out projects transform the company into new organizational structures. Merger and Carve-Outs

Following the merger or separation of companies, it is necessary to work out in detail how the new IT structure is to be set up and what the path to it will look like. In a merger, the buyer usually specifies the target structure, so that a migration of the existing environment of the purchased (part of the) company must be planned. We support you in the development of the appropriate concept.

In the case of carve-outs, a completely separate IT infrastructure is often required because the company IT remains with the seller.
