It depends on the scope; that’s why every project starts with a feasibility analysis at a fixed price of €2,900. After that, you know what the implementation costs will be before you commit. Typical follow-up projects in the SME sector range in the five-figure range, spread over several steps.
The potential analysis takes two to three weeks. The roadmap thereafter usually spans 12 to 24 months, divided into steps with their own results. After each step, you decide anew whether to continue.
Yes, that is the normal practice for our customers. We take over the control for a clearly limited period of time and involve your departments, instead of assuming IT expertise beforehand.
No. The result document belongs to you and can also be implemented with another service provider. We consider this to be fair – and we believe that the analysis itself is convincing.
We implement and then operate. A consultant provides you with a roadmap and then leaves; we support you from the analysis to implementation and into ongoing operation – with a single contact person.
The Mittelstand Digital Centers offer free initial consultations and are a good place to start. They are vendor-neutral and are not allowed to charge fees. Our analysis concludes with a cost estimate, from which a concrete offer can be made.
