FAQ

Do you work remotely or in the office?

We combine remote work with shared time on-site because we believe both have their benefits. In practice, many colleagues are usually in the office for several days a week (mostly around three days).

At the same time, we remain flexible and always consider what suits the role, the team, and the specific situation. It's important to us that collaboration works well, not that someone is just warming an office chair.

2. How flexible is your working time really?

Very flexible! We don't have a rigid, 9-to-5 mindset. What's important to us is that you reliably complete your tasks and are easily reachable for our customers and your team. How you structure your day within a few operational guidelines is largely up to you.
Naturally, there are shared dates, coordination meetings, and core hours during which collaboration takes place. However, around that, trust counts more than control.

3. Can you briefly describe your company culture?

In short: Our collaboration, both internally and externally, is characterised by openness, fairness and respect.

We address things honestly, meet on an equal footing and treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. Without politics, without ego games. Instead, with a clear common goal and appreciative togetherness.

4. How big are your teams?

We have smaller teams with two to three members that are currently being built up, but there are also larger teams with more than ten colleagues. The size of your future team will therefore depend somewhat on the role you take on with us.

5. What standard hardware would I be working with at your company?

You will receive a powerful laptop and a high-quality Jabra headset from us. As standard, your workstation, equipped with a height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic office chair, includes two large monitors and a docking station. A mouse and keyboard are, of course, standard.
We work with Windows as standard.

Depending on your role and requirements, we will also provide you with an iPhone as a company phone.

6. What specific further training opportunities are there with you?

We don't have a rigid training catalogue, nor do we have a one-size-fits-all approach to training. We look individually at what makes sense for your professional development and will help you advance in your role.,

Training, self-study, conference, certification, or a completely different format? Fundamentally, anything is possible as long as it benefits you personally and us as a company, and we both profit from it.

7. Will I receive regular feedback?

Of course, but we wish that from you too!
It's important to us that feedback doesn't just happen once a year in passing. That's why we focus on regular, structured performance reviews. In addition to these feedback and development discussions, we also believe in open communication in everyday work.

9. What's your stance on diversity?

Do you have a dress code?

We rely on common sense. It's often relaxed in day-to-day office life. When meeting clients, things might look a bit different. Just dress in a way that suits the situation, and you'll be perfectly fine with us.

11. Are there parking spaces or bicycle racks?

Yes, there are sufficient and free parking spaces for both cars and bicycles.

Do you have a canteen?

If you mean a room where we cook for you, we unfortunately have to say no. We are very well catered for in that regard. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous options to get your food or to eat it there. Of course, you can also bring something with you and prepare it here. Well-equipped kitchens are available for this, as well as plenty of space to eat together with your colleagues. So you will definitely not starve with us.

13. How does the onboarding process work?

A good start to the collaboration is worth its weight in gold for both sides and should not be left to chance. That's why your onboarding is planned well in advance and tailored individually to you.
You will receive a detailed onboarding plan that is tailored to your role, your prior experience, and your area of responsibility. From organisational topics and technical content to clearly defined milestones, you will know from the outset what to expect and what steps are next.

Additionally, you have dedicated points of contact, regular check-ins, and ample space for questions and feedback.
