For our Business Applications Team, we are looking for experienced ERP Consultants (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at our Braunschweig, Recklinghausen, or Leipzig locations – hybrid working is also welcome.

YOUR TASKS:

Active support for our customers in the introduction, adaptation, and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analysis of existing ERP systems, as well as identification of optimisation and digitalisation potential
Recording, documentation, and structuring of technical requirements, including ensuring transparent communication.
Creation of technical specifications and close coordination with development teams for successful implementation
Technical and professional quality assurance of implemented solutions
Advising our clients on optimising their business processes with practical, sustainable solution proposals
Conducting workshops and user training for key users to ensure successful knowledge transfer

Your Profile

Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP consulting, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision
Sound technical expertise in Business Central, as well as a good understanding of business processes.
Experience in the implementation, support and customisation of ERP solutions
Experience in project and/or requirements management, as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
High customer focus, strong communication skills, and personal responsibility.
Nationwide travel readiness
Very good German and good English skills

1. How long will it take for me to receive feedback on my application?

2. How would you like to receive my application?

Ideally, digitally and directly via our application form. For us, this is the quickest and most reliable way to ensure nothing gets lost and your documents land directly with the right people.
We think carrier pigeons, faxes, or lovingly designed application portfolios are cool, but unfortunately, we can't process them.

3. Which documents should I send?

For now, a current CV with a brief cover letter is perfectly sufficient. If you wish, you can of course add further documents such as certificates, diplomas, work samples, etc. But don't stress about it. You decide what you would like to share with us about yourself. It's more important to us to understand who you are and what drives you than to have perfectly formatted application documents.

4. Is a photograph absolutely necessary?

No, a photo is absolutely not a must. We are interested in your experience, your skills, and your motivation – not your application photo. If you still wish to send one, you are of course welcome to do so. If not, that is equally fine.

5. Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Sure, feel free to write a few lines about this in your cover letter and point out your interest to us.

6. There are no suitable positions for me at the moment. Is it still worth applying?

No, we are already quick. The reason our positions are online for so long is simply that we want to fill these roles multiple times.

Fundamentally, we are looking for people who align with us in terms of their values and inner drive.
This includes a desire to take on responsibility, team spirit without elbowing, curiosity and a willingness to learn, as well as strong initiative rather than „tell me what to do“.

10. Do I have to meet all requirements 100% %?
