For our project management team, we are looking for a structured and dedicated Project Assistant (m/f/d) at our Braunschweig site.

YOUR TASKS:
- Administrative support for project management and the PMO in day-to-day operations.
- Maintenance, updating and tracking of project plans, as well as status and project documentation.
- Coordination and organisation of project dates, meetings and workshops
- Support with quotation preparation and preparation of quotation documents
- Creation and compilation of reports, performance records and project evaluations
- Support with budget, schedule, and resource monitoring
- Assisting in the creation of training materials and project documentation
- Independent billing of project and service contracts
- Collaboration on the standardisation, optimisation and automation of internal project management processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in a project-related assistant, coordination, or PMO role
- Proficient handling of MS Office and ideally experience with project management, ERP, and ticketing systems
- Basic business understanding
- Structured, meticulous and self-reliant approach to work
- Strong organisational skills and a high degree of service and team orientation
- Communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written
