Your IT department stays. We provide the second pair of eyes.
Monitoring and guaranteed response times to complement your team – not replace it.

One to three people keep your entire IT running
In most medium-sized businesses, a very small number of people bear complete responsibility for servers, the network, workstations and security. That works as long as nothing unusual happens.
It is not a knowledge problem. It is a capacity problem: nobody can drive projects forward, secure day-to-day operations and keep an eye on system alerts around the clock all at the same time. And nobody can take a holiday if they are the only one who knows the environment.
That is precisely where we come in – and nowhere else.
What this offer is not
We have intentionally kept this package compact because collaborating with an existing IT department requires different ground rules than the IT support for a company without its own IT department.
No takeover of your IT department.
Responsibility, decisions and system sovereignty remain entirely with your team.
No changes to your processes.
You continue working as you are. We are adding a layer of monitoring.
Not tied to any development stage.
This package is a standalone option, not an entry point to something larger. It will continue to function exactly as it is indefinitely.
No long-term contracts and no hidden costs.
You choose the services you need.

Service Level BRONZE and what is concretely included
Additional systems beyond the included quantity are charged at €3 per agent each – for workstations and servers as well as network and IoT devices.
Monitoring runs around the clock, including at night and at weekends. Our service hours for processing are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. An on-call service outside of these times can be added optionally with the GOLD Service Level – it is deliberately not included for the entry-level option.
How your IT department benefits from this
Time to knock off. System messages no longer run exclusively on a private phone.
Holiday that is taking place. The area is monitored even when the only person who knows it is unavailable.
Robust figures for your own argument. Monitoring provides a documented overview of status, utilisation and recurring incidents. This is the foundation for justifying investments to management – previously often the most difficult task for a small IT department.
A defined escalation path. For topics outside of their own specialism, a team is on hand to take over the case rather than letting it sit.
What the management team gets out of it
You can prepare for server outages. For the fact that the only person who knows the environment is currently unreachable, hardly. Monitoring with contractually defined response times turns a person-dependent risk into a calculable item.
On top of that, there are fixed, monthly billed costs instead of unpredictable expenses in the event of an incident. And documented monitoring that can be demonstrated to insurers, auditors, and customers.
THE JOURNEY THERE
We check from the outside which services, ports, subdomains and certificates of your company are visible, and show where the critical point lies. Without breaking into your network. The result is a snapshot – and usually the first document on which your IT department and your management can speak on the same basis.
2. Monitoring
A snapshot becomes outdated. Service Level BRONZE continuously monitors the status and reports deviations before they become incidents.
3. Anything further only if you want to
Larger systems, shorter response times, on-call duty: there are different levels of expansion, but nothing happens automatically.
Frequently asked questions
No. The package includes monitoring and response times, not the assumption of administration or system responsibility. The decisions remain with your organisation.
Talk to us
An initial consultation costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If it turns out that your IT department can handle the monitoring better on its own, we will tell you so.
