For our Business Applications team, we are looking for several experienced Senior Software Developers (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision at our Braunschweig or Recklinghausen locations, or fully remote.

YOUR TASKS:

Conception, development and continuous further development of tailor-made solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Capturing, analysing and technically implementing professional requirements in close collaboration with our clients
Ensuring the performance, stability, and future viability of existing Business Central systems
Carrying out code reviews as well as ensuring development standards and high software quality
Development and maintenance of interfaces and web services (REST / SOAP) for the integration of external systems
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for the sustainable maintainability of solutions
Technical support and mentoring of colleagues on complex development tasks

Your Profile

Completed degree in Business Information Systems or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Dynamics 365 Business Central
Excellent knowledge of AL and/or C/AL and sound expertise in the database environment
Experience with extensions, application modularisation, and REST and SOAP APIs
Good understanding of cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure
Experience in ERP migration projects is advantageous
Analytical, structured and independent way of working, as well as enjoyment of customer contact
Excellent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel as part of project requirements

2. How would you like to receive my application?

Ideally, digitally and directly via our application form. For us, this is the quickest and most reliable way to ensure nothing gets lost and your documents land directly with the right people.
We think carrier pigeons, faxes, or lovingly designed application portfolios are cool, but unfortunately, we can't process them.

3. Which documents should I send?

For now, a current CV with a brief cover letter is perfectly sufficient. If you wish, you can of course add further documents such as certificates, diplomas, work samples, etc. But don't stress about it. You decide what you would like to share with us about yourself. It's more important to us to understand who you are and what drives you than to have perfectly formatted application documents.

4. Is a photograph absolutely necessary?

No, a photo is absolutely not a must. We are interested in your experience, your skills, and your motivation – not your application photo. If you still wish to send one, you are of course welcome to do so. If not, that is equally fine.

5. Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Sure, feel free to write a few lines about this in your cover letter and point out your interest to us.

6. There are no suitable positions for me at the moment. Is it still worth applying?
