Digital Transformation Consultant (m/f/d)

For our Transformation & AI team, we are looking for experienced Digital Transformation Consultants (m/f/d) at our Braunschweig or Leipzig locations.

YOUR TASKS:

Analyse of existing IT landscapes, business processes, and organisational structures of our clients
Development of target images, transformation strategies and roadmaps for digital advancement
Accompanying IT and business transformations, including the planning, management, and monitoring of measures.
Consulting on modern technologies and architectures such as Cloud, Data, Automation, AI and Enterprise Applications
Involvement in complex transformation projects including stakeholder management, risk management and reporting
Support with the selection, introduction, and integration of new systems, tools, and process standards
Moderation of workshops, interviews, requirements analyses, and decision-making processes at management and specialist levels

Your Profile

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally at the interface between business and IT.
In-depth knowledge of modern IT architectures and digital platforms
Expertise in process management and experience in the modelling and optimisation of business processes
Experience with project management methodologies (classical and preferably agile)
Familiarity with current technology and digitalisation trends
Strong consulting expertise, customer focus, and the ability to confidently guide people through change processes.
Excellent written and spoken German and English
High willingness to travel in the project environment

2. How would you like to receive my application?

Ideally, digitally and directly via our application form. For us, this is the quickest and most reliable way to ensure nothing gets lost and your documents land directly with the right people.
We think carrier pigeons, faxes, or lovingly designed application portfolios are cool, but unfortunately, we can't process them.

3. Which documents should I send?

For now, a current CV with a brief cover letter is perfectly sufficient. If you wish, you can of course add further documents such as certificates, diplomas, work samples, etc. But don't stress about it. You decide what you would like to share with us about yourself. It's more important to us to understand who you are and what drives you than to have perfectly formatted application documents.

4. Is a photograph absolutely necessary?

No, a photo is absolutely not a must. We are interested in your experience, your skills, and your motivation – not your application photo. If you still wish to send one, you are of course welcome to do so. If not, that is equally fine.

5. Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Sure, feel free to write a few lines about this in your cover letter and point out your interest to us.

6. There are no suitable positions for me at the moment. Is it still worth applying?

No, we are already quick. The reason our positions are online for so long is simply that we want to fill these roles multiple times.

Fundamentally, we are looking for people who align with us in terms of their values and inner drive.
This includes a desire to take on responsibility, team spirit without elbowing, curiosity and a willingness to learn, as well as strong initiative rather than „tell me what to do“.

10. Do I have to meet all requirements 100% %?
