For our Service Operations team, we are looking for experienced Technical Consultants for Microsoft 365 (m/f/d) at our Braunschweig, Recklinghausen or Leipzig locations.

YOUR TASKS:

Holistic consulting for our customers in the Microsoft 365 infrastructure environment
Conceptualisation, implementation and further development of bespoke Microsoft 365 solutions, e.g. in Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, Teams or SharePoint
Analyse of existing IT infrastructures and development of optimisation and migration strategies
Capturing functional requirements and translating them into technical architectures and solution concepts
Support and implementation of migration, automation, and modernisation projects
Structured documentation of solutions, architectures, and project results for internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in technical consulting and implementation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 with a focus on at least one area such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, or Virtualisation.
Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments
Good technical understanding in the areas of networks, VPNs, firewalls and IT security
Analytical, solution-oriented approach, as well as a high level of service and customer focus
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
Conditional willingness to travel; driving license desirable

1. How long will it take for me to receive feedback on my application?

You will receive an automated acknowledgement of your application immediately. Within a week, you will then receive our personal feedback and we will inform you about the next steps. 2. How would you like to receive my application?

Ideally, digitally and directly via our application form. For us, this is the quickest and most reliable way to ensure nothing gets lost and your documents land directly with the right people.
We think carrier pigeons, faxes, or lovingly designed application portfolios are cool, but unfortunately, we can't process them.

3. Which documents should I send?

For now, a current CV with a brief cover letter is perfectly sufficient. If you wish, you can of course add further documents such as certificates, diplomas, work samples, etc. But don't stress about it. You decide what you would like to share with us about yourself. It's more important to us to understand who you are and what drives you than to have perfectly formatted application documents.

4. Is a photograph absolutely necessary?

No, a photo is absolutely not a must. We are interested in your experience, your skills, and your motivation – not your application photo. If you still wish to send one, you are of course welcome to do so. If not, that is equally fine.

5. Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Sure, feel free to write a few lines about this in your cover letter and point out your interest to us.

6. There are no suitable positions for me at the moment. Is it still worth applying?

No, we are already quick. The reason our positions are online for so long is simply that we want to fill these roles multiple times.

9. What skills do you expect from me apart from the requirements in the job advertisement?

Fundamentally, we are looking for people who align with us in terms of their values and inner drive.
This includes a desire to take on responsibility, team spirit without elbowing, curiosity and a willingness to learn, as well as strong initiative rather than „tell me what to do“.

10. Do I have to meet all requirements 100% %?

The content of job advertisements always presents an ideal image. We are aware that hardly anyone can fully meet all the listed skills. Nevertheless, your abilities should largely align with our requirements.
